Capstone works with me and keeps me busy.  The pay scale is more than the hospital plus they offer insurance.  They are more like family to me because I know they care about me and they care about the people we are caring for.  That is why I have chosen to work for Capstone; they not only care about their employees but they also care about professionalism and quality work!  I am proud to be an employee of Capstone!

I have worked for Capstone since August 2003.  The manager and office staff are always kind and make me feel like a valued staff member.  As a nurse, it makes you feel good to have people who believe in you and show their appreciation for you.  Well, at Capstone I get that and more.  Not just during nurse’s week; once a year, but, throughout the year they show their appreciation and are always available to answer my questions and even calm my fears when going to new facilities.

As nurses, we are expected to perform on a very high level, so I appreciate an employer who acknowledges that.  Capstone can keep me working; and most importantly, they listen and keep their word.
