What is the application process?

Capstone has an on-line Enrollment Packet that is convenient and simple. Once the Enrollment Packet is completed, your file is processed through credentialing and then submitted to our staffing department. Our Healthcare Professional Advocate will reach out to you to discuss assignments.

How long does it take to get signed up and start working?

It all depends on how quickly you complete the Enrollment Packet. Usually we can get you to work within hours after you complete your Enrollment Packet.

What documents do I need to get started?

Capstone requires candidates to provide Immunization, Specialized Training Certification, and valid work authorization documents. In order to expedite the enrollment process, please have the following documents available at enrollment:

  • Current Driver’s License
  • Social Security Card
  • CPR (all candidates) and/or ACLS (Specialty Assignments)
  • Certificates – Specialty Assignments: PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC
  • Evidence of negative TB test or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
  • IV Certification (LVN only)
  • Physicians Statement of Good Health (within 1 year)
  • Immunization Records for MMR, Varicella, Tdap
  • Influenza Shot Record (within 1 year)
  • Hepatitis B Immunization Record or Titer
  • Respirator Fit Test (within 1 year)

How much do you pay?

Pay depends on many factors, including your experience, qualifications, discipline and the facility where you are assigned. Capstone’s pay is consistently among the highest in the industry for nurses, aides, and allied healthcare professionals.
